We believe in a pay-for-performance model. You pay a commission based on the dollar value of the booking that we send you – and nothing more. There are no upfront membership fees or set-up costs to work with us. In fact, we take care of everything that’s needed to showcase your property online – including professional photography and ensuring that your property looks stunning. Then, once your property is live on our site, you will be included in our extensive email and web-based campaigns as well as our third party marketing initiatives, also at no cost to you.

We wish we could accept every home into our program. Our only focus is the luxury vacation space, and we select only the finest properties to be part of the exclusive Seagate Suites Collection.
